Your plan stays in your browser.

The optional username and selected target are stored in session storage for the browser tab. They are used to label your plan. We do not verify the account, connect to Instagram, or send these values to an API, analytics service or the PDF. Closing the tab normally clears session data, although browser session restoration can retain it.

Your progress stays on your device.

The online tracker saves the checklist, dates, notes and numbers you enter in local storage on this browser and origin. It does not save your Instagram username. This information stays until you clear it with the tracker’s reset button or browser settings. If browser storage is unavailable, the tracker works for the current page visit without saving.

Hosting and links

Our hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, for site delivery and security. The Google Ads tag measures visits and sends a conversion event when the GET FOLLOWER link in the PDF opens the return page on this site. Google may use cookies and process campaign identifiers, IP addresses and browser information for advertising measurement under its Privacy Policy. Your username is excluded from URLs and outbound links; your username, checklist entries and notes are not added to our Google Ads events.

Official source links open third-party websites with their own privacy policies. The download button opens an external TeraBox share page, which has its own privacy policy and download options. An archived copy is also hosted on this site. The PDF has no submit button, remote form action or account connection.

Your choices

You can read and download the guide without entering a username. Reset the online tracker to remove its locally saved progress. Use a shared device carefully and clear browser storage if you do not want another user to see your entries.
